Woodburn
Located in a unique position on the Bombay Hills in South Auckland the surrounding native bush is the residing theme of this property. Works were undertaken to rejuvenate the bush with extensive native underplanting as well as landscaping with natives around the main house to enhance its architectural character and the existing natural landscape.
Existing rocks were relocated to form retaining for new landscaping, screening the lower level of the pool.
