East Coast Point
East Coast Point is a 40acre coastal lifestyle property located on the Coromandel Peninsula. This was an extensive construction project working with an overseas developer to construct stables, barn, farm fencing, concrete and cobble stone driveway, retaining, shelter planting, pots and soft planting around the main house and a cottage. The relationship with the owner has lasted for over 20 years and with yearly maintenance visits as well as extensive rejuvenation works to refresh flowerbeds.
